The project for the church of Santa Maria La Blanca, in the new neighborhood of Montecarmelo in Madrid has the following parts:
A large main building where the framework is resolved with a concrete slab of 25 cm thickness supported by an hexagonal grid of circular columns. The roof level is supported by 35 metre span steel trusses.
A services building, adjoined to the main building, with concrete columns and slabs with spans of 5×5 metres.
A sunken crypt, which has a concrete dome with a central skylight.
A bell tower 60 metres high with triangular sections and a steel structure.
A meeting centre, with a steel structure that covers it to form the roof.
The foundation are projected using isolated footings and the retaining walls are done using cast in place concrete screen walls.
