The new A30 motorway in Montreal has 43 km of new roads with a budget of approximately can$ 1,6 billion. This project includes the construction of 33 bridges or grade crossings, a tunnel and various auxiliary works.
3D3 INGENIERÍA has provided a technical assistance during the construction works. Some of the studies carried out are the following:
-Monitoring of the implementation phases of various bridges and supervision of stripping times of prestressed beams.
-Dimensioning of retaining walls.
-Calculation of piling walls and reaction walls.
-Desing of auxiliary structures for signaling and traffic control .
-Design of supports for lighting and signaling.
-Design and calculation for precast structures processes.
-Design and calculation of structural elements for precast concrete drainage systems.
-Design of noise barriers strunctures and their foundations.
-Reviews of different structures: bridge decks, auxiliary buildings, etc..
All jobs carried out are done according Canadian Standard. Reports and drawings are made in both English and French according to customer needs.
